Parham Student Village is one of the most popular student accommodation areas in Canterbury. It is ideal for students at Canterbury Christ Church University, The University of the Creative Arts and Girne American University which are approximately a 15 to 20 minute walk from our student accommodation. We are also in a great location for the University of Kent which is about a 30 minute walk from Parham Student Village.
Parham Student Village is attractively laid out as individual houses and flats with their own front doors. All the accommodation is available to let on a room-by-room basis, or groups of friends can rent a whole property together.
Our management team is located on site, and ensure the properties are well managed, maintained and secure so there is always somebody to call on 24/7 if you need to.
We are a 20 minute walk to Canterbury West train station with trains running directly to London in under an hour.
At Parham Student Village we have 242 rooms in a choice of five room types from single bedrooms with shared facilities to en-suite cluster rooms. Our rooms are located in traditional style houses and apartments containing individual flats.
