Double Room available in 3 bed house close to town

We have lived in this lovely 3 double-bed house, with a garden, permit parking and a spare room we use for guests and working from home days for over four years. One housemate is moving out and we would like to find another working professional housemate.

The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, desk, drawers, lamp etc.

We have a lovely living and dining room, with a hatch that goes through the large kitchen and pantry.

We have a greenhouse attached to the back door we use for drying washing/storing bikes etc and parking can be obtained from the council to the T-junction road at the back of the house.

I am a careers advisor and my other housemate works in local hospitality roles while freelancing in web design and we both walk to work as the house is 20min walk to the town centre/Canterbury bust station, as well as an easy walk to Canterbury East and West.

We are looking for a friendly housemate who will clean up after themselves and someone who likes to have the occassional BBQ together in the summer or movie night.

Bills are not included but we have responsibility for some each and split everything on a splitwise app. We are council tax band D
