The area is safe with a beautiful cemetery attached to it.

The room is newly furnished and ready to rent. The house has been in progress to being set up so everything will be brand new.

It is clean, well lit, and will be actively maintained as I will be living there myself (not a typical landlord - I am caring & fun and looking for people to love and share the house).

High speed internet included along with the bills in the rent.

There is a cheeky little cat who will be sharing the house with us. We are three women living in the house who are best friends.

It is a safe, friendly, clean and respectful household which is LGBTQ+ friendly and protective.

We are looking for another housemate to join us, live peacefully, respect the house and live chilled together.
