Expression of interest - Double room in wincheap

One of our current housemate is looking to move to a new place with her partner. Until she finds something suitable the room is still occupied and therefore we do not currently have a move out date. We estimate she should be gone around september :) if you are flexible then feel free to shoot us a message!
The room that will free up is Room 3 on the floorplan.
We are 3 working professionals and there are 2 bathrooms for 4 people. We do not drink and we are not a party house at all. The occasional dinner is perfectly fine and if you do drink that is not an issue. We are a calm household but we do like to chit chat when we cook or have dinner together sometimes. We do not want to live with a stranger but for everybody to be comfortable and feel in their home.
We’re kenyan, malaysian and french, it’s always interesting to discover about each other.
The house is 180 sqm and over 3 stories so we do not tend to be in each others space that often. There is an extra desk to work from home as well if you wanted.
The property has a back garden/terrace and the neighborhood is lovely. We do get along with the neighbours very well.
