It offers a peaceful living environment with excellent access to Canterbury City Centre, universities, colleges, railway stations and local amenities.

The double room are fully furnished with a bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet, mirror, curtains and blinds.

There is free on street parking outside the house and surrounding roads.

House Standards :

This is a quiet and respectful resident-landlord home. It is ideal for people who value cleanliness, consideration and a relaxed atmosphere. This is household where someone helps maintain a clean and comfortable home.

Resident will be expected to keep the room clean and tidy, clean shared areas immediately after use, wash and put away dishes, dispose of rubbish responsibly and respect quiet hours from 9:00 pm onwards.
