I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy for a large en-suite room in Turing Flats!
📍 Location: Turing Flats, University of Kent – north side of central campus, just a short walk from the library, Gulbenkian Theatre, campus plaza, and academic buildings.
🗓️ Contract: 26 September 2026 – 19 June 2027
💰 Rent: £272.79/week
💷 Total: £10,366.02 (paid in 3 instalments)
💡 Bills included: Wi-Fi, heating, electricity, water + insurance + Kent Sport Premium Plus membership
🛌 Room: Large, fully furnished, private en-suite
🍳 Flat: Spacious modern shared kitchen with 8-9 flatmates
