Hello! We are looking for a sociable, clean, friendly and fun person (preferably a professional or a PhD student) to take up a single room and start living with us as soon as possible !
The house is located in Palace Street... literally 10 seconds away from the Hotel Chocolate area and 5 minutes from Tesco's, Sainsbury's and the bus-station. Below we're putting some pics of the communal area of the house (kitchen & living room). We also have a courtyard which we share with the neighbouring flat, and where we grow veggies and flowers. It is absolutely gorgeous in summer!
The rent for the room is JUST 341 pounds per month!!! To this one must add council tax, bills and internet (a total of around 75 per month).
