The house is let to female young professionals, the en-suite bedroom is spacious, has a double bed, and is furnished. The house itself is modern, warm, well-presented, and has BT super fast WIFI. The open plan living area has a kitchen/diner with all modern conveniences, including dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, fridge/freezer, and there is a small garden with area for bike storage. The bedroom is ensuite with shower, basin and toilet.

The house is located on a residential road, a short walk from the city centre, very close to Canterbury West train station, Kent university, the local supermarkets, gyms and attractions of a vibrant city centre.

All the bills are included in the rental price, (including council tax) and one months rent is required, by way of a deposit. There are no agency fees, and I am a private live out landlord. 12 month minimum contract, No students. The room is for single occupancy. We will undertake a reference, right to rent, and credit check.

A parking permit can be purchased from Canterbury city council for the local area.
