House has a shared kitchen/lounge with TV, garden & patio, fridge freezer & washing machine, tumble dryer and dish washer, free on street parking. Live-in landlord is looking for quiet, clean and tidy housemate to join our share, who is happy to share cleaning duties(tho we have a bi weekly cleaner for the shared parts)
We are not lively, as it is a quiet area of Canterbury so are not looking for parties/loud music.
Deposit will be required and will be refunded if the room is left tidy and undamaged, the rent is up to date and you give 2 weeks notice of leaving.
£150 per week equates to £650 per month
