The house is always kept clean and tidy and a weekly cleaner for shared areas is included.

The property is in a lovely village setting with countryside walks nearby, as well as pubs and local shops. Canterbury is around 10 minutes away with regular buses and nearby train stations within a short drive.

RENT OPTIONS

• £160 per week – Monday to Friday only
Ideal for professionals working in the area during the week.

• £196 per week – Full time (7 days)

All bills are included in the rent, including high-speed broadband and Sky TV (Movies & Entertainment).

ABOUT THE HOUSE

You would be sharing with one friendly live-in homeowner and a very relaxed dog. It’s a calm, respectful home environment rather than a busy house share, so it would suit a professional looking for a comfortable place to live.
