I am a female professional with a double bedroom available for rent in a house share. The house is located in a quiet and beautiful neighbourhood in Walderslade, Chatham.

I am seeking a female who is employed and responsible. If you drive, there is plenty of street parking. The room currently does not have a mattress as previous tenant preferred to use theirs; if you need a mattress, this will be provided at no extra cost to you before you move in. There is a standard sized double bedframe in the room, a big wardrobe and desk (a chair can be provided if needed). The size of the bedroom is 11' 8" x 8' 5" (3.56m x 2.57m). The price includes all utilities so nothing extra to pay. Broadband also included in price. This is a house share, so the bathroom, kitchen and living room are shared.
