Good sized furnished double room with option to have your own separate sitting room and access to the garage which can be used for storage, if required. Access to large garden. Extra cost is negociable for the additional space. Shared bathroom on first floor plus additional separate toilet on the ground floor.

One parking bay available and plenty of on street parking. EV charging available on site. Monthly rent includes bills (council tax, gas, electric, Water and high speed Wi-Fi broadband).

Room includes double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and dressing table. Linen, pillows and quilt available on request.

Quiet residential area. Central location with access to bus routes close by. Train station and town centre are a 5 minutes drive.
