Bright furnished double attic room available in a spacious 4-bedroom home, around a 15-minute walk from Chatham Station, with high-speed services into London in around 30 minutes.

The room comes fully furnished with all brand new items:

* Chest of drawers
* Additional storage available in the spare room next door

Although the house has four bedrooms, it is a quiet two-person household. I use one bedroom and another as my home office, while the remaining spare room can provide additional storage.

### Bathroom

The lodger will have use of the main bathroom, which includes a bath with new shower fitting and toilet. I have my own en-suite, so I don't need to use the main bathroom.

The shared kitchen is fully equipped with:

* Good kitchen and storage space

I also intend to provide the lodger with their own dedicated fridge/freezer.

There is a garden which I enjoy using for cooking and BBQs when the weather is good.

The broadband connection is excellent, with speeds of up to 500 Mbps download and 68 Mbps upload, making the room particularly suitable for studying, streaming or working from home.

### About Me

I'm a young professional working in the financial sector and am enhanced DBS checked. I work from home two days a week and am normally in the office Monday to Wednesday.

I'm fairly relaxed at home, enjoy cooking and BBQing, and rarely have friends over, so the house is generally peaceful.

### Who I'm Looking For

Ideally looking for a student or young professional who wants a comfortable, relaxed place to live.

The main thing I'm looking for is someone who is clean, considerate and respectful of shared spaces, while also being easy-going enough that the house feels like a home rather than a formal house share.

I'm happy to live with someone sociable, but there's no expectation that we need to constantly spend time together.
