The downstairs bathroom would be primarily for your use. I live at the property, but the bathroom would generally be used by you. On occasions, guests may need to use the toilet.

You will have access to the communal kitchen, which is fully equipped and shared with me.

Off-road parking is available at the property.

About the arrangement
I also live at the property, so I'm looking for someone who is clean, considerate, reliable and respectful of shared spaces.

I would require proof of earnings before agreeing to the room, to ensure the rent is affordable for the prospective tenant.
