A tiny house that was a garage that I have converted
It has a bedroom area a small sitting area a kitchen and ensuite toilet and shower. It has underfloor heating and is overlooking a garden. It is in a private road inchestfield . It’s very quiet with Beautiful country walks/ a pub at the end of the road offers food and drink also there is a bus stop to Canterbury and Whitstable /10 minutes walk away is the sea and also 10 minute walk to the train station swalecliff Chesterfield, directly to London

Looking for a respectful clean and tidy adult male or female must like animals as I have four dogs and a parrot, but I also travel, and will be away six months of the year
The tiny home is completely detached from my home and it has its own entrance
I cannot see you and you cannot see me, but if you can have a view over the garden
It is the price of some rooms, so you are getting a lot for your money because it’s a totally separate place where you don’t have to mix with anyone if you don’t want to. It’s a very quiet respectful area so I’m looking for a responsible normal adult must be clean and tidy.
