Room in bungalow 5 mins walk from train station.

Double room to let with a kingsize bed present. The rooms a lovely size, actually bigger than mine. Shared space includes the kitchen, lounge/diner, conservatory, bathroom, garden. I can make some space in the garage for some storage needs within reason).
There’s a driveway for off street parking at the property for one car.

Thanet parkways station is literally a 5 minute walk from the front door, can get to canterbury in 20 minutes or london st pancras in 1 hour 15 with the journey to the station!

Nature reserve a 5 minute walk away as well, perfect for a walk or run!

I’ve written pets allowed but this depends on a few things, I'm allergic to some animals and some I have no issues with so id have to meet them 🤷🏻‍♂️ and of course need to be toilet trained etc.

Happy to have couples or someone who works from home but this of course would have to cost slightly more monthly due to increased cost of bills.

I wouldn’t call myself a party animal but of course have friends over from time to time so ideally someone who’s sociable and likes a variation of music.
