Hi all, posting my spare double room for a short term let, from a few weeks - up to 6 month, available from the 29th June onwards for 160pw (all bills included). The flat is fully furnished with 2 bedrooms, I am renting out the largest of the 2. Preferably sharing with a kind, considerate and tidy female or non-binary person 🙏🏼❤️

🌅The flat is in a gorgeous location in Cliftonville right next to the seafront so you get beautiful views of the sunset and the sea.

⏱️ 15/20 mins stroll into the centre of town, 30 to the station.

🏊🏼‍♀️ The flat is a stones throw from the beach! If you enjoy cold swimming, Walpole Bay tidal pool is a 5-7 minute walk.

⭐ The room has just been freshly decorated and has a brand new double bed and mattress.

Bit about me I'm a 33 year old full-time graphic designer. I work mon-fri 9-6, 3 days in Canterbury and 2 from home. I like a chat and meeting new people. But also very much appreciate quiet chill time in the evenings after long days in the office 😴

- No pets
- The flat is up 4 flights of stairs with no lift so may not be suitable for some.
