Quiet en-suite room in Cliftonville cottage

I am renting out the top en-suite room in our cottage in Cliftonville. I am a single mum and only live in the cottage every other week (as I share 50/50 custody with my daughter's father and go to Oxford the week I don't have her). You would therefore share the cottage with myself and my five-year-old daughter Beth for a week, and then have the place to yourself the following week. It is important that you like children and dogs, as we also have a lively and very friendly cocker spaniel Teddy who you will also share the cottage with when we are here!
The room is quiet with lovely views of trees. It has an en-suite bathroom with shower, a double bed, and a large built-in wardrobe. The cottage has three floors. Myself and my daughter sleep on the second floor and your room is on the third top floor. The cottage has a well-equipped kitchen, living room and small garden which you would share with us. The cottage is located in a quiet street in Cliftonville, but just a short walk to all the great shops, cafes and restaurants on Northdown road.

We prefer female applicants, as we are two females living in the house.
