I'm looking for a happy chatty human to rent my spare room. I have a cute Victorian terrace house near Dane Park. My home is a work in progress, but it is nice and homely.
It is a south-west facing garden, so it is full of sun, which the second bedroom overlooks.
A bit about me:
I'm in my final year studying to be a building surveyor. I study at home during the week and work part-time in a restaurant on the weekends.
I'm up and out most mornings, either at the gym or out for beach walks. I'm quite tidy and healthy but never say no to a few pints!
I'm looking for a lodger who is kind, honest and fun-loving. As I work at home in the day time, my ideal lodger would go out to work during the day.
10 minutes walk into town and beaches. Lovely quiet road with Dane park at one end and Dane valley woods at the other!
