New flatmates for our Cliftonville Flat!

Hi all,

We have two double rooms becoming available in our lovely flat in Margate, both at £550 per month.

Room 1 - last photo
Available as a sublet for August while Ash is away volunteering in Scotland. It's a peaceful, rear-facing room overlooking the back of the property, so it's nice and quiet.

Room 2 - second to last photo
Available from the beginning of August on a long-term contract, as our lovely flatmate Luis is moving to London for a new job. This is a bright, front-facing room with beautiful morning sunlight.

A little about us:

Aisling(36) – Better known as Ash, she works as a Visitor Engagement Assistant at Turner Contemporary on the seafront. She enjoys volunteering, checking out local events (especially at Salon), being outdoors and enjoying the beautiful nature Margate has to offer. She loves art, music, and a good G&T.

François (34) – Sadly, no nickname! He works from home for a health organisation based in London. Outside of work, you'll usually find him at the gym, sauna, or swimming pool. He's into green juices, great coffee, and pretty much anything health and wellness related.

We're looking for someone who'll be a good fit for the house—ideally around a similar age, social, clean, and considerate. We'd also prefer someone who doesn't work from home full-time, as it helps keep a nice balance in the flat.
