Welcome to an old traditional cottage - 2 double rooms sharing rest of the house-large beautiful bathroom- massive bath and a separate shower, 2 reception rooms, one with log burner, other with large open fire, conservatory, kitchen and downstairs cloakroom. Facilities available include wireless Broadband, freeview TV in each room and in main lounge BT vision -washing machine, dishwasher- cleaner once a fortnight, gardener. Large Garden including bbq, veg patch, fruit and flowers.
It is very rural so you will need a car but has good car transport routes to Dover, Deal, Folkestone, Sandwich, Canterbury, Faversham and the Whitstable area plus a train station in nearby Shepherdswell- whilst there is a pub in the village that's it for night life so if you are looking for a wild social life this will not be for you!
Both contractors and week only wecome- If you are in full time work outside of the home and are looking for peace, tranquility and have a friendly (but not invasive) disposition and are not allergic to dogs or chickens then please do review again, all of the ad, the preferences and location to see if this might be for you.
