Double bedroom on rural houseboat

We have a double bedroom available in our home, which is a professionally converted 1950 Humber keel barge situated on The Quay, in the village of Conyer, near Teynham.

The towns of Faversham and Sittingbourne are a ten minute drive away. Nearest mainline railway station is Teynham, within walking distance, and a limited local bus service. We are on the Saxon Shore Way which is good for walking and cycling.

We are a quiet household. There are two lodgers at present, one male, one female.

Plenty of on street parking, local pub and good walks. Shared use of kitchen with oven, washing machine and living area, bathroom and garden. The boat has central heating and a wood burner in the living room.
