Owner lives in and is looking for a Monday to Friday tenancy so would suit female professional working in the area.

A full weekly Let may be considered on an individual basis which will in turn incur an increased rental fee.

I have a cat (and may have a dog in the future) so applicant must like pets.

Cranbrook has excellent transport links with regular buses to all of the surrounding towns, and only a short drive to Staplehurst train station which is only 1 hour into London. The town itself has free parking and a good selection of local amenities.
