Bohemian-ish wonky cottage seeks tidy lovely human

Im looking for someone independent, kind, clean and easy to live with. Ideally someone who has their own life going on, enjoys their own space, but is also friendly, warm and happy to have a chat or a laugh now and then.

The house has a calm, relaxed feel, so I’d love someone who fits that energy. Low drama, considerate, LGBTQ+ inclusive, reasonably organised and naturally tidy.

I’m definitely not looking for someone who leaves washing-up hanging around, crumbs all over the kitchen or treats the place like a party house. I’ve done my time as a mum and am enjoying not cleaning up after people lol.

I’m 45, self-employed and work mostly from home as a therapist. I’m into travel, yoga, the gym and wellbeing. I’m about to learn to ride a motorbike, I’m teaching myself guitar badly, and I’m a little bit bohemian and witchy.

I’m independent and like my own space, but I also like people who are warm, funny, curious and easy to be around.

If you’re creative, entrepreneurial, a bit bohemian-ish, or just someone with your own thing going on, we’ll probably get along.

Old-school R&B, Alanis, random deep chats and cups of tea all welcome.

I’m not a big drinker and there’s rarely much alcohol in the house, so this probably won’t suit someone who wants a few drinks every night. No cigarette smokers or vapers.

The cottage walls are fairly thin, so no loud snorers please!

I’ll possibly be away quite a bit over the next few months, so I’m looking for someone trustworthy and self-sufficient who would enjoy having plenty of independence while still treating the cottage with care.

Village location with coffee shops, local gym, yoga classes, pubs and lovely walks nearby.
