A lovely furnished double room is available in my three-bedroom townhouse in Crayford. The room comes with a double bed, a large mirrored wardrobe, bedside tables, a desk and an office chair.

You’ll have sole use of the bathroom on the first floor and the spacious shared kitchen and dining area downstairs.

About the household
I’m the live-in landlady, and my young daughter lives here part-time. She’s friendly and well behaved, and our home is generally quiet and relaxed.

I really value a peaceful home and am looking for a female professional who is considerate, tidy and enjoys a similar atmosphere.

My current lodger has lived here for several years and is only moving on because she’s expanding her own family. It’s been a lovely arrangement, and I’d love to find someone who feels equally at home here.

Location
The house is within walking distance of Crayford and Slade Green train stations, with a bus stop around three minutes away. There are good transport links into London and towards Dartford, with shops and supermarkets nearby. Crayford town centre, Bexleyheath and Bluewater are also accessible.

Rent and availability
The rent includes all bills and a fortnightly cleaning service.

I’m ideally looking for a longer term occupant. A non-smoker who does not drink alcohol would be preferred.
