I live with my friendly, well-behaved dog in a two-bedroom flat, please only get in touch if you're comfortable living alongside a dog.

This large double room is set up almost like a self-contained studio: it has its own enclosed en-suite bathroom (private toilet and shower, no sharing), a sofa and coffee table, a desk with space to comfortably work from home, a wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, and extra storage under the bed. A TV is also included. Everything you see in the photos stays in the room.

You'll also have your own private parking space in the basement; a rare find in this area, plus access to a balcony.
There's a washer/dryer in a separate utility space in the corridor, and bills are included.

The flat is quiet and I mostly keep to myself, so it suits someone who values their own space. I'm happy to do a video viewing first. Smoking is fine, but only on the balcony, not inside the flat.
About 35–45 minutes by direct train to Charing Cross, good for a London commute while being outside the city.

Available from 7th August — looking for someone reliable planning to stay for a while.
