We are renting a beautiful on-suite double fully furnished room near Darent Valley hospital in Fëeet estate in Dartford. The room is in a shared four bedroom house on the 2nd floor. Other three tenants are all profesionals, very quite and they keep house very clean and tidy, as you can see from the photos. There is a nice garden with patio garden furniture open to the lodgers for use. If you have a car, there is a free off street parking with no restrictions. Dartford town centre is abour 15-20 min walk. We are looking for a professional male or a female to rent this room. The housing benefit is not accepted. Council Tax is band C. House is located in a very quiet area. There is also a work/make up table in a room. I couldn't include that photo due to a limited number of photos we can upload for the advert.
