Female lodger wanted for double room - Dartford

Double room with Juliet balcony available in a two-bed flat in Dartford. The room is furnished with a double bed, full length mirror and a chest of drawers.

You’ll have full access to the kitchen with its shared cupboards, the shared bathroom, the living room and its balcony.

You’ll be sharing the flat with the owner, female age 38, and her partner, male age 38 and loveable 13-year-old cat, Alastair and 6-year old Yorkshire Terrier, Teddy. We're friendly people who love to go for countryside walks, visit Thorpe Park at weekends, watching movies, cooking, and generally chilling out. Jessica works from home some days a week, and Daniel is a delivery driver.

Local facilities include supermarkets, doctors surgery and dentists (2-minute walk), two local town centres with plenty of shops (Dartford & Crayford). The nearest bus stop is on West Hill with a bus daily that can take you to Bluewater shopping centre, the train station is a 10–12-minute walk with direct trains into London with a connection for the Elizabeth Line and surrounding boroughs (45-50 minute train journey to London). Darenth Valley Hospital is also a 10-minute drive.

Preferred lodger is female, professional, aged between 25 and 45, non-smoker; and must like cats and dogs. You must be friendly, clean and organised, sociable a huge plus!

Unfortunately, we cannot accept couples or children at this time.

Parking is very limited, we have 1 resident parking space and this is already in use, any parking required, will be street parking within the residential area.

Rent will be £600pcm including bills and internet (council tax band D). £600 deposit will be required (cash or bank transfer accepted) - receipt provided for either method. Minimum term is one month and will follow a month to month basis with no fixed term. An lodger agreement will need to be signed. Photocopies of passport or drivers license will be taken on successful application. You must be eligible to live in the UK.
