We are pleased to offer one of our rooms in our house share in Dartford.

The house is 15 minutes walk from Dartford train station and town centre, with easy access to the M25/A2 and has on street parking.

The property has 6 bedrooms, all en-suite and each room has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, lamp and mirror.

The room that will become available at the end of May is our largest and newly decorated.

There is high speed Wi-Fi throughout the property and a megaflow water system to ensure plenty of hot water.
The kitchen is fully equipped with two fridge freezers, hob, oven an a microwave, also washing machine. The property has a communal living area with dining table and chairs to seat six and a sofa to relax and watch TV. The property also benefits from a large garden.

The rent is inclusive of bills including all utilities, Wi-Fi and council tax. The communal areas of the property are cleaned fortnightly.

The house is licensed to meet all safety regulations.
