We are pleased to offer two of our rooms with en-suite in our house share in Dartford available end of early September following reference checks.

The house is in a great location, 15 minutes walk from Dartford train station and Town Centre, close to major bus routes, and with easy access to the M25 /A2 with on street parking.

The property has 6 bedrooms, all en-suite and each room has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, lamp and mirror.

The rooms are single occupancy only and availability depending on references and credit checks.

There is high speed Wi-Fi throughout the property and a megaflow water system to ensure plenty of hot water.
The kitchen is fully equipped with two fridge freezers, hob, oven an a microwave, also washing machine. The property has a communal living area with dining table and chairs to seat six and a sofa to relax and watch TV. The property also benefits from a large garden.

The rent is inclusive of bills including all utilities, Wi-Fi and council tax. The communal areas of the property are cleaned fortnightly.

The house is licensed to meet all safety regulations.
