The property has 6 bedrooms, all en-suite and each room has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, lamp and mirror.

The rooms are single occupancy only and availability depending on references and credit checks.

There is high speed Wi-Fi throughout the property and a megaflow water system to ensure plenty of hot water.
The kitchen is fully equipped with two fridge freezers, hob, oven an a microwave, also washing machine. The property has a communal living area with dining table and chairs to seat six and a sofa to relax and watch TV. The property also benefits from a large garden.

The rent is inclusive of bills including all utilities, Wi-Fi and council tax. The communal areas of the property are cleaned fortnightly.
