You have your own bathroom and toilet exclusively. Preferably I’d like someone who doesn’t work from home.

However, If you need somewhere to stay for a few days/weeks before you travel back to your base or waiting for your property purchase to fall through— we can definitely discuss that duration of stay , so feel free to chat with me
Quick travel to get into London ( several train lines including Elizabeth line from Abbeywood )which is 10mins on the train from dartford.
