Flat is on the ground floor and parking is available short term and comes at an extra cost. The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, bedside table and work desk. Bathroom, kitchen and living room is shared.
About the area
Its a lovely quiet area. I really enjoy the peace and quiet and ease of moving around. Its a 5mins walk to a gym and co op. 12 mins walk to dartford station and 15mins walk to the city center.
About the lodger
I am looking for someone is peaceful, quiet and very clean. No visitors after 11pm and no sleep overs.
