About me
I’m 30 and work full-time as a teacher at a local school. I own the flat and live here, so I’m looking for someone who will treat it as a home rather than just somewhere to stay. I’m easy-going and sociable, but I also value a tidy, respectful and relaxed environment.

About the flat & room
This is a modern two-bedroom flat in central Dartford. I have the en-suite, which means you will have your own private bathroom (not shared).

The room is a bright double with a small double bed currently in place, and a wardrobe with a mirror is also provided.

Rent is £800 per month including all bills, with a £800 deposit. Available immediately. No strict minimum or maximum term — flexible for the right person.

Location
The flat is under a 10-minute walk to Dartford Station, with door-to-door travel into Central London in under 50 minutes. You’re right in the centre, with a wide range of shops, gyms, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Bluewater is also just a short drive or bus journey away.

Ideal for
A young professional (roughly 21–35) who is clean, considerate and easy to live with. Working from home is absolutely fine. No gender preference. There is NOT an additional car parking space available, so if you own a car it may be problematic.
