The pictures don’t do it justice, its a very bright large kingsize room, spacious and well presented, recently furnished and styled, available in a clean, calm and well-maintained home in Dartford, there’s enough empty space to add to it and personalise it as preferred.
The house it’s only a few minutes walk from the town centre, train station, buses, shops and shopping centres.
It’s very spacious, it has 2 bathrooms, big kitchen and big living room.
Parking available however it’s free only between 4:30pm and 9:30am.

All bills included and weekly professional cleaner for shared spaces.

Current household consists of us, a friendly couple with a 10-month-old baby girl, two very shy indoor cats, a quiet private couple with their own en-suite room who rarely use the shared spaces, and a respectful young professional in his 20s.

We are looking for someone long-term who will treat the space like home, with good communication skills, clean and reliable.

We respect everyone’s privacy and space, you’re pretty much free to do whatever you want as long as it respects the other housemates.
