A large living room (mostly for drying clothes)
Separate bathroom and separate toilet
Newly fitted kitchen

Parking is available on the local parking area directly outside the house. Dartford service (fast track) bus stops are only a 3-minute walk away. The nearest off-licence is about 3 minutes away, Tesco Express is around 7 minutes on foot, and there are several takeaways nearby.

Looking for someone who:
Keeps shared areas clean after using them.
Cleans up after themselves without being reminded.
Pays rent on time.
Respects other people's space and belongings.
Is considerate with noise, especially late at night.
Is honest, mature and easy to communicate with.
Is comfortable living in a house where cleanliness and mutual respect matter.
