Friendly House Share a single room

Hi folks!
We’re three easy going European professionals looking for new housemate to join our home. Whether it’s sports, relaxing, or just hanging out, we love a good vibe and are all about living in peace, good communication, and building long-term friendships.

🏠 About the place:

Located just 1 minute from the bus stop to Dartford Train Station (only 7 minutes by bus!)

10–30 minutes’ walk to workplaces like Sainsbury’s, Amazon, Mercedes, and IKEA

5rooms+living room
includes a visitor room with a fold-out sofa – perfect for short visits from friends or family
Shared spacious living room with dry clothes place, shared kitchen, not huge but modern and do things done, separated bathroom and toilet.

We work night shifts (6pm–6am) and early shifts (6am–2pm) – so fellow early birds or night owls would be the best match for our schedule.

Single Room – furnished, king size bed, wardrobe, nighttable

Parking is available on the local parking area directly outside the house. Dartford service (fast track) bus stops are only a 3-minute walk away. The nearest off-licence is about 3 minutes away, Tesco Express is around 7 minutes on foot, and there are several takeaways nearby.

Looking for someone who:
Keeps shared areas clean after using them.
Cleans up after themselves without being reminded.
Pays rent on time.
Respects other people's space and belongings.
Is considerate with noise, especially late at night.
Is honest, mature and easy to communicate with.
Is comfortable living in a house where cleanliness and mutual respect matter.

I'm not looking for a perfect person - just someone who understands that sharing a home means respecting the people you live with.
