Looking for Female Housemate - Dartford Property

I am a friendly social female who owns the property and am looking for a female house mate

Two rooms available to one person as the rooms are fairly small, however both do fit a double bed in. One room as a bedroom and the other as a wardrobe room or if preferred a separate living area. Rooms are part furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers and bedside table in one room. The other is empty with a built-in cupboard/wardrobe.

Shared living room, kitchen and bathroom but there are two toilets in the property.

The property is kept very clean and tidy so the housemate would need to keep the shared areas of the house clean and tidy too.

10 minute walking distance to Dartford train station with good links to London. Ideally someone who does not work solely from home.

I tend to spend a lot of time at my partners house and stay there most nights so the housemate would have the property to themselves majority of the time.
