Double Bedroom (short let considered)

I live in a new build 3 bed property just off Brent Way.. which is just off London Road. You can walk it to Dartford Town Centre/Train station in 15 minutes or you can catch the bus which comes every 10 minutes. The House is a new Build Townhouse with just 34 houses on the street so a lovely little quiet cul de sac. There is parking for one car. The room is a double size room and is very spacious with lots of space too.
You will be sharing with 2 professional female and you will share the Kitchen. You have share a bathroom with 1 other female only.

If taking on a weekly basis, it will be £250 per week. if taking per month, then it will be £800 per month

I am specifically looking for someone who is clean, female and will keep their room/communal areas clean/tidy and a non-smoker. Very happy to consider a Monday- Friday stays and weekly stays aswell.

Also note short let will be considered
