Room at 'The Bridge', Dartford

The available room opens to a balcony and is furnished with a bed that can be a single or double, wardrobe and bedside cabinet.
The room has its own bathroom. The apartment has an open-plan kitchen, it is my home so is fully equipped, the lounge opens onto a balcony.
All bills included.

It is located in a development located in a quiet community. It is served by a Fastrack bus which goes to Bluewater shopping centre and Dartford town centre (and Dartford train station). Dartford station to London Bridge is about 30 minutes.

The community offers a quiet, safe and clean retreat away from the busy and noisy London traffic. We have a local shop, pub and pharmacy within 10mins walk. The flat is near a lake, the Thames and vast green land.

I am chilled out and sociable and want a housemate who is friendly, reliable and will keep the flat clean and tidy.

I'm pretty open about who you are and how long you want to stay. I'm unsure of my plans in the new year and might be away travelling quite a bit, even if not, I am out a fair bit.
