Double bedroom in Ditton available

I am looking for a lodger in my 3 bedroom house. I live by myself and would ideally be looking for a female lodger due to being a woman myself. I leave for work early and arrive back late most days 6 days a week. I'm quite chilled, I don't drink or smoke (but not bothered if you do as long as you smoke outside the home). Am happy for you to decorate the room and make it your own, all I ask is you stick to light colours. The room has a comfortable double bed and mattress, as well as a wardrobe. The room also has a desk, but I'm happy to move that if it's not wanted.

The price includes council tax, water, gas/electricity and wifi. In the right circumstances, I'm not against pets (I'm a massive animal lover I'm just not home enough to have one) so this is something I'm happy to consider!

The road I live on can be a bit of a nightmare for parking, but my driveway has enough room for 3 cars so you'll be absolutely fine for parking. The road itself is really quiet, and a 10 second walk from a costcutter which is possibly the most convenient thing in the world. I have a garden, which I'm in the process of trying to do up. But it's fully functional.
