Hi, I have two lovely double rooms in a victorian terraced house in the Dover area. I'm looking to share with 2 other people 30+. If you you think you might be that person keep reading.

ROOM 1 £575

A double room with double bed, large dresser chest of draws with mirror, large wardrobe, storage underneath bed and above wardrobe, Smart TV, Wi-Fi, and storage space The room is located on the 2nd floor at the top of house and is very quiet and peaceful. Looking out to the rear of the house with lovely views of the surrounding valley and countryside.

ROOM 2 £550

A double room slightly smaller than room 1, is a bright south facing room that gets plenty of sunlight in the day when it's out.
It has a double bed, wardrobe storage in the alcove with shelves and clothes rail behind a velvet curtain, a chest of draws, a wardrobe, chair, smart TV, WiFi, lovey views of above the houses up to the western heights.

Both rooms are situated on the 2nd floor on the same level as the bathroom.

Bathroom

Recently renovated bathroom done in a lovely victorian style with a bath and shower, toilet, towel rail, basin, cabinet.

The Kitchen

Recently renovated kitchen done in a victorian style, includes a double butler sink, small dishwasher, washing machine, 4 hob electric cooker with oven, Fringe with freezer.

The house

Is a nicely presented victorian house with broadband. It is kept clean and well maintained. Bills are included in the price of the rooms.

The neighbourhood

The house is situated on Longfield road, up a hill off the main road of Folkstone rd. It is a very quiet street away from the noise of traffic.
It is about a 10 minute walk away from Dover Priory train station and the town center.
There is a small corner shop 3 mins from the house on the same street which is useful for milk, eggs etc

The person
I am looking for a male or female aged 30+ Ideally you should be quiet, clean and tidy but also happy to have a chat over a cup of tea. This home will suit a person looking for a very quiet space or perhaps someone who travels with their job and is seeking a safe and private place to live. No couples please.
You must speak English to a good standard and be able to provide references and proof of employment and right to live and work in the UK. I would prefer a long term tenant.

I am a 49 year old male. My profession is in art and music. I am quiet, very clean and tidy, I love to cook, read, make art and music, ride bicycles.
