B&B on the sea front

The room

PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO REFRAIN FROM SMOKING ANYWHERE IN THE HOUSE. The room is lovely with views of the cliffs. We are 5 minutes walk from the ferry terminal on the sea front, the house has been renovated, Looking good. The price of the room includes council tax and other bills apart from use of the washing machine, this is a further £2.50 per week.
Fresh clean rooms, we service the room on a regular basis, the room comprises a living area and a small double bed. Separate small kitchen. There is a tv, wardrobe, kettle, a set of draws. The bath room is shared between two people. Lovely old building circa 1820 has a lot of original features. Unfortunately we are an old house and some problems do arise within its structure.
The people we have living here are from all over, they do tend to have jobs. They are a really good bunch of people, and the age range is from 18-65 at the moment.
We are a B&B and operate within this boundary. We do not offer a tenancy. Some form of I D is required, also proof of permission to live in the UK.

There is a no smoking policy inside the house. No exceptions. Also we expect people to be responsible and act within the letter of the law.
We are looking for a person who is respectful of others and doesn’t mind living in a very old house. It is a bit plug challenged, if a problem arises we try to get it sorted within that day, if it takes longer and we have to get a proffesional in it may take a little longer, we will always let you know and keep you updated. If you are unable to speak English please have some form of translating service so we both know what’s going on.
