(90%) Paid by landlord: council tax, cold/hot water, radiator based central heating by gas, electricity in all communal parts including kitchen. BT Infinity 2 fastest available broadband package (sorry we don't have Virgin infrastructure in this neighbourhood), TV Licence.

(10%) Paid by tenant: use of lights and electric sockets in your own room, via a smart private meter, online Pay As You Go top up. (no need for token or card). Average spend between £20-25 per month depending on usage.

The studio rooms are managed by a centralised management firm.

Regular cleaning (kitchen, hallway, stairs and landing) and alarm testing are provided.
