Im about 20 mins drive from Dungeness Power Station. Just a straight run along the A259 and a turn off to Lydd and Dungeness.

I have 2 comfy rooms available with Freeview TV. bed, and limited storage space.
One room looks out 2 aspects. One is a small window you can see the sea from.
There is a fridge for your use on the landing. Also tea making facilities if you require. I provide the tea and coffee milk etc.

The quiet cul de sac is close to a bus stop on the A259. There are four pubs in Dymchurch, one called The Ship, being 5 mins walk away and newly refurbished, and the addition of a brand new micro pub in the high street.
There is parking on the drive and on the roadside and is about 10 mins walk to the shops along the sea wall, cafes and take aways, and an excellent fish and chip eat in or take away called Beach 48
There are three hole in the walls here in Dymchurch, two of which are free to use.

There is a small Tesco Express which stocks a reasonable amount of choice, and another small supermarket in Dymchurch.
Sainsbury's is at New Romney, larger one at Hythe, Aldi , Iceland and Waitrose also in Hythe, which is about 15mins drive away.

Being mainly a seaside children's town, there are penny arcades and amusements. But I am quite a mile away from all that, as I said very quiet here and peaceful.

The bathroom has a corner bath, toilet and basin. There is also a shower room for your use on the ground floor. I would encourage use of the shower when house has guests, so the hot water can be shared by all.

Rooms have a double or single bed and I provide clean towels for your use and a laundry service if you need at £6 a load. You are welcome to use my iron and board.

Wireless super fibre Broadband also available is included

A weeks rent is payable in cash on the day you arrive.
To secure your room in advance, I require a weeks rent of £150 either by cheque, paypal or bank transfer.
And some reference from your employer and previous tenancies, please.
I am sorry, but I am not looking for permanent stays.
I have a nice little wildlife garden with a patio where you can sit if you wish, or you can sit in the conservatory with a cuppa or alcoholic drink and have a smoke. Or now the front garden is paved and has chairs, you are welcome to use them.

There is a short walk of 2 minutes up 25 steps to a nice sandy beach where you can stroll along and unwind after your day's work.
You are welcome to smoke in the conservatory, but I ask you not to do so in your room for safety and others preferences, thank you.

I do have two cats, one called Banjo who may wish to come in your room, so it's best to shut your door firmly if you don't want either of them in. There's a landing door to stop them coming into the area for guests.
My other cat is a ginger tabby called Marmie (Marmaduke)
I try my best to live environmentally friendly.
