Thanks for checking out our listing! We are proud to offer a room in our brand-new, high-specification detached house. We take great pride in our home and are looking for a housemate who will treat the space with the same respect and care as we do.
Double room with shared bathroom (1 other person) available.

Transport: A 20-minute walk to East Farleigh station.
Parking: 1 allocated space on private driveway.
Lifestyle: We are just 20 minutes from the River Medway. We highly recommend the riverside path for a scenic 40-50 minute stroll into town—it’s much nicer than the main roads!

We’re looking for a housemate, not just a tenant. We want someone we get on well with so that living together is a pleasure, not a chore.
Our vibe is relaxed and social. You’re more likely to find us playing pool or board games than throwing all-night raves. We enjoy having friends over occasionally and just ask for mutual respect and a "look out for each other" attitude.
