King-size room - detached house - Parking off road

This is a king-sized bedroom available in our family home. The room is 16. 34 sq metres and has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside units, large desk, 2 seater settee, wifi and freesat connection. The room has beautiful dual aspect windows, with views across the fields and up the lane into the village. Almost sole use of the large family bathroom (we have an ensuite) with a 1200mm sq walk in shower, toilet, basin and bath.

The house is a detached 6 bedroomed with plenty of off street parking and gardens to the front and back. The house would be shared with ourselves (family of 3 plus friendly dog and 1 cat). We have 2 reception rooms - so there’s plenty of space to relax. We also have a large kitchen diner and utility room with downstairs toilet. We are a friendly, family orientated bunch and easy to get on with.

The village has a pub, bakers, butchers, Chinese take away, pharmacy, newsagents, cafe and various beauty salons (strange but true!!). Only 3 miles from Sandwich, 5 miles from Deal, 8 miles from Dover and 11 miles from Canterbury.
