Spacious double room with single bed, bedside cabinet,3 door wardrobe, Chester drawers, tv with remote control, tv unit under tv, desk and swivel chair. Bedroom looks out onto the garden. Shared bathroom/shower sink toilet. Shared kitchen, all kitchen equipment available to use. Downstairs toilet by front door. I’m happy for tenants to relax in my front room if they wish, unless I have company or visitors.
Smoking allowed outside only.
I am situated near both Edenbridge train stations 10 min walk away.
Small friendly town, cafe’s, pubs, takeaways, Tesco, Lidl’s.
The Edenbridge leisure centre is 5 min walk away if you want to join a gym, swim or fitness classes. Nice local park across the road.
I am easy going, spend all my time with my very friendly cocker spaniels training, walking them or working at the leisure centre as a swimming instructor.
