Looking for preferably a Female early twenties to late thirties to rent our spare double room in our 3 bedroom house. Professional only. We have a cute little hamster in the living room which is shared. Bathroom shared (located right next to the room) along with kitchen, conservatory and garden. There is room on the driveway for one car, or a carpark nearby. The room comes with a TV standard satellite, a Xbox one for DVDs or gaming, a small double bed and wardrobe.
We're a couple who have a spare room in our 3 bed house, we're easy going and quite chilled out. I love baking and arts and crafts, my partner enjoys airsoft and cars.
References required and to meet you and show you around the house first. We'll behaved dogs considered as long as they get along with the hamster :) happy to answer any questions
