New Build Country House near Edenbridge & Oxted

Double ground floor room available in a new build house in an area of outstanding natural beauty. A short drive from Edenbridge, Oxted and Hurst Green stations.

Covered parking for one car provided (and further visitor spaces). House is clean and generally quiet. I currently live on my own (please note I have two beautiful cats!) and my teenage daughter visits every other weekend. Use of shared kitchen, living room and garden. Private en-suite (including double shower) provided with the room.

Minimum 3 month term available from now, maybe longer. 1 months notice required from either party. £700 per month and 1 months deposit (and references) required.

Wifi and all bills included (plus streaming services on Living room TV). Room is furnished with shelves and doube bed, but no wardrobe.

Couples would be considered at £1,000 pcm.
