All current occupants are very nice and work externally each day from early.

Only available to clean housemates (no not using the toilet brush, leaving dirty dishes etc) a clean, safe, quiet and friend house is essential.

The room is furnished with a double bed and wardrobe.

Shared bathroom and a shared second toilet.

£250 Deposit and £500 rent & £165 Bills Per month in advance (you therefore need £915 to move in).

Bills are currently working out at £165 per month so all in its £665 per month (£500 rent and £165 bills).

6 months minimum contract with 30 days minimum notice required when leaving.
