- Close to shops - Morrisons, Savers, Farmfood, KFC, McDonalds, high street with other shops
- There is a home-office available for focus work
- Washing Machine included (+ Drying racks)
- Free and ample parking space (on and off street)
- Toilet and bathroom are separate (giving increased privacy)
- Large garden, kitchen, shared living room and shared toilet in a family house.
- Viewings are required so we meet each other and you see the space. Open to video viewings.

About the Area:
Within a 10 min walk are:
- Erith Station (2 stops from Abbey Wood with Elizabeth line)
Large Morrisons, McDonald's, Savers, FarmFoods, KFC, high street with shops, parks etc.
- Lots of green spaces
- Leisure Center with a gym, pool and classes like pilates and cycling (my fave thing about this area). There are also other gyms in the area.
- Wide, tree-lined roads with other pretty houses to look at on walks

I am travelling in November and December months and want to sublet my room to someone who is tidy, respectful and non-smoking. My current housemate is wonderful and easy to live with.

I'm flexible, so contact me if you're interested and wondering if there are things that I can move around (e. g. the move-in date)
